كيف تحذف حسابك
من داخل التطبيق
- افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب.
- راجع المواد التي ستفقد الوصول إليها، ثم اكتب كلمة المرور وكلمة «حذف» وأكّد.
ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك
- يُسجَّل خروجك من كل الأجهزة، وتصلك رسالة على بريدك بتاريخ الحذف.
- فترة سماح ٣٠ يومًا: لإلغاء الحذف يكفي أن تسجّل الدخول مرة أخرى بنفس الحساب.
- بعد انتهاء المدة تُمسح بياناتك الشخصية نهائيًا (الاسم والبريد والهاتف وكلمة المرور) ولا يمكن استرجاع الحساب.
- بعد الحذف يمكنك إنشاء حساب جديد بنفس البريد والهاتف.

How to delete your account
In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings then Delete account.
- Review the subjects you will lose access to, then enter your password and type “حذف”, and confirm.
What happens next
- You are signed out of every device and we email you the deletion date.
- A 30-day grace period starts: signing in again with the same account cancels the deletion.
- After 30 days your personal data (name, email, phone, password hash) is permanently erased and the account cannot be recovered.
- Afterwards you may sign up again with the same email and phone.
