سياسة الخصوصية
نوضح هنا ما نجمعه من بيانات في تطبيق «EL METR» ولماذا وكيف نحميها.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن مُشفّرة بصيغة لا يمكن عكسها، ولا نراها).
- بيانات الجهاز والجلسات: معرّف عشوائي للجهاز واسمه التقريبي وتواريخ الدخول وآخر استخدام، لتطبيق حد الجهازين وحماية الحساب.
- بيانات الاستخدام التعليمي: المواد المفعّلة لحسابك وطلبات الوصول التي ترسلها، والإشعارات المرسلة إليك.
- سجلات أمنية: محاولات الدخول وتغييرات الحساب (مثل تغيير الباسورد أو البريد) دون تخزين قيم بياناتك الحساسة فيها.
٢. كيف نستخدمها
- تشغيل الحساب والدخول وتفعيل المواد وإرسال الأكواد والإشعارات.
- حماية المحتوى: تظهر بيانات حسابك (الاسم ورقم الهاتف) كعلامة مائية متحركة على الفيديو.
- منع إساءة الاستخدام ومشاركة الحسابات والحفاظ على أمان الخدمة.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
٣. مع من نشاركها
لا نشاركها إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمة الذين نحتاجهم لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل الاستضافة وإرسال البريد وعرض الفيديو عبر YouTube) وبالقدر اللازم فقط، أو إذا طلبت جهة قانونية مختصة ذلك. عرض الفيديو عبر YouTube قد يخضع لسياسة خصوصية YouTube.
٤. التخزين والأمان
تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ويُقيَّد الوصول إليها. قد يحتفظ التطبيق بنسخة محلية مؤقتة (كاش) على جهازك للعمل دون إنترنت.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك قائم. عند طلب الحذف تبدأ فترة سماح ٣٠ يومًا، ثم تُمسح بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم والبريد والهاتف وكلمة المرور) ويبقى سجل داخلي غير شخصي بالمواد التي فُعّلت. سجلات الجلسات تنتهي تلقائيًا بعد ٣٠ يومًا من إنهائها.
٦. حقوقك
يمكنك من الإعدادات تعديل الاسم والهاتف والبريد وتغيير كلمة المرور وإنهاء جلساتك وطلب حذف حسابك. لأي طلب آخر تواصل معنا.
٧. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للطلاب. إذا كنت دون السن القانونية في بلدك فاستخدامه يكون بعلم وموافقة ولي أمرك.

Privacy Policy
This explains what the EL METR app collects, why, and how we protect it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, phone number, email and password (stored only as a one-way hash; we cannot read it).
- Device and session data: a random device ID, an approximate device name, sign-in and last-used times, used to enforce the two-device limit and secure the account.
- Study data: the subjects activated for your account, access requests you send, and notifications sent to you.
- Security logs: sign-in attempts and account changes (such as a password or email change), without storing your sensitive values in them.
2. How we use it
- To run your account, sign you in, activate subjects, and send codes and notifications.
- To protect content: your account details (name and phone) appear as a moving watermark on videos.
- To prevent misuse and account sharing and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the App (such as hosting, email delivery and video playback through YouTube), and only as needed, or when a competent authority legally requires it. Video playback through YouTube may be subject to YouTube's own privacy policy.
4. Storage and security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted. The App may keep a temporary local cache on your device so it works offline.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. When you request deletion, a 30-day grace period starts; afterwards your personal data (name, email, phone, password hash) is erased and only a non-personal internal record of activated subjects remains. Session records expire automatically 30 days after they end.
6. Your rights
In Settings you can edit your name, phone and email, change your password, end your sessions and request account deletion. For anything else, contact us.
7. Children
The App is for students. If you are under the legal age in your country, use it with your parent or guardian's knowledge and consent.
