الشروط والأحكام
باستخدامك تطبيق «EL METR» (التطبيق) وإنشاء حساب فيه، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
١. الحساب
- الحساب شخصي لصاحبه فقط، ويجب أن تكون بياناتك صحيحة (الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني).
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل نشاط يتم من حسابك.
- يُسمح بتسجيل الدخول من جهازين كحد أقصى في نفس الوقت. عند الدخول من جهاز ثالث يُنهى أقدم جلسة تلقائيًا.
٢. المحتوى
- المحتوى (الفيديوهات والملفات والمواد) مملوك للأكاديمية ومحمي بحقوق الملكية، ويُتاح لك للاستخدام الشخصي التعليمي فقط عبر التطبيق.
- يُمنع تسجيل الشاشة أو تصوير المحتوى أو نسخه أو إعادة نشره أو مشاركة الحساب مع آخرين أو محاولة تجاوز وسائل الحماية.
- تظهر على الفيديوهات علامة مائية تتضمن بيانات حسابك لحماية المحتوى.
- الوصول إلى كل مادة يتم بعد تفعيله من الأكاديمية، وقد يتغير المحتوى أو يُحدّث أو يُسحب.
٣. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يحق للأكاديمية إيقاف الحساب أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو استخدام الحساب بشكل مسيء أو لحماية المحتوى والمستخدمين.
٤. حذف الحساب
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات). يبدأ الحذف بفترة سماح ٣٠ يومًا، ويلغيه تسجيل دخولك خلالها. التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب.
٥. إخلاء المسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا لتوفير خدمة مستقرة، لكن التطبيق يُقدَّم «كما هو» دون ضمان عدم الانقطاع أو الخلو من الأخطاء، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الأعطال خارج سيطرتنا مثل الإنترنت أو الجهاز.
٦. التعديل
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويُعد استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث موافقة عليها.

Terms & Conditions
By using the EL METR app (the “App”) and creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Your account
- The account is personal. Keep your name, phone number and email accurate.
- You are responsible for your password and for all activity on your account.
- At most two devices may be signed in at once. Signing in on a third device ends the oldest session.
2. Content
- The videos, files and materials belong to the academy and are protected. They are provided for your personal study through the App only.
- You must not record the screen, capture, copy, redistribute or share the content, share your account, or try to bypass protections.
- Videos show a watermark containing your account details to protect the content.
- Each subject becomes available once the academy activates it for you. Content may be changed, updated or withdrawn.
3. Suspension and termination
The academy may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, is misused, or to protect the content and other users.
4. Deleting your account
You can request deletion in the App (Settings). Deletion starts a 30-day grace period and signing in during that time cancels it. See Delete your account.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for problems outside our control such as your network or device.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept it.
